EXPERIENCE & RESULTS

Commercial strategy.
Operational follow-through.

Experience growing buyer relationships, aligning publisher economics and resolving the delivery issues that stand between an opportunity and active spend.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE FROM PRIOR LEADERSHIP ROLES

Building growth across the transaction.

Before founding the Collective, Sheb Alahmari worked across the buy and sell sides of programmatic advertising. These anonymized examples describe his work during prior employment, separate from Collective client engagements.

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT

~3×

Account spend growth

Sheb recalls growing a performance TV advertising platform’s account spend from approximately $1 million to $3 million through account development and supply-path strategy.

That represents approximately 200% growth, not 300%. It refers to account spend through the business he represented, not the platform’s total revenue.

BUYER INCENTIVES

30–40%

Recalled quarterly growth

Sheb recalls quarter-over-quarter spend growth in this range across two participating buying-platform accounts following the introduction of buyer incentive programs.

This is a founder-reported estimate. The underlying quarters and basis for calculating an average remain to be confirmed.

COMMERCIAL PROGRAM DESIGN

Incentivize buyer growth. Preserve publisher pricing.

Sheb describes developing, negotiating and launching supply-path optimization buyer contracts that aligned buyers, publishers and the supply-side platform around a 12-month growth plan.

Tiered quarterly incentives rewarded increased spend and were funded from the intermediary’s margin. The structure preserved agreed publisher floor pricing while creating a commercial reason for buyers to expand investment through the supply path.

The contribution: Translating existing buyer-publisher relationships into negotiated growth programs, with incentives and economics aligned across the transaction.

Prior-role experience. This describes a program Sheb helped create and execute, not a standard incentive offer currently promised by the Collective.

TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL DIAGNOSTICS

Find the restriction. Restore the buying opportunity.

In a separate prior-role example, Sheb describes tracing a delivery bottleneck to prebid filtering and app-bundle handling, then working with the relevant teams on corrective overrides.

The contribution: Connecting buyer requirements with supply-side configuration, identifying the restriction and coordinating technical action through established platform relationships.

The precise filter, override and measured post-change outcome remain under review. No revenue-lift percentage is attributed to this example.

PUBLISHER EXECUTION · ANONYMIZED ENGAGEMENT

Move from inventory potential to activation.

A streaming publisher needed to improve the path between available supply and buyer demand. The work combined pricing review, content-signal troubleshooting and PMP coordination.

The work

Sheb worked with publisher and platform teams to examine delivery constraints, coordinate pricing adjustments, address content metadata and move the private marketplace setup forward.

Documented progress

Following a pricing adjustment, requests began reaching the intended buying platform. Content-signal overrides were applied, and a deal ID was made available for buyer activation.

This example demonstrates operational progress. It does not establish sustained spend or a measured revenue increase. Client and platform names are omitted.
